We have adjusted sizes to reflect how they are worn today, like a swim shirt/t-shirt.Note that the size listed is the actual size you wear, and the size in parenthesis is what the tag will read when you receive the product. If you want an extremely tight fit (surfer/diver) then drop down a size or two.

Rash guard, NOT a swim shirt... September 15, 2008 Specific product ordered: Adult Large size Swim Shirt, Royal Blue.
This "swim shirt" is very tight-fitting... suspiciously like a rash guard (which is the title of the item that comes up in your cart)... not at all like the loose-fitting swims shirts shown in the pictures. Sure, the pictures are of kids, but this shirt is sized for a small or medium build man even in the Large size (tag reads 2XL), assuming you want it to fit loose like a swim shirt should.
Otherwise the color and quality of the shirt is excellent. The delivery was likewise satisfactory.
